GUARANTEED DEPARTURES

– HaGiangOiTour guarantees departures as posted on the website www.hagiangoitour.com

– Tour information and departure dates in the guidebook and other printed materials may change from time to time and do not constitute part of the guarantee.

– The company’s website is the sole source from which the company will guarantee departures. A departure date is guaranteed only if the customer has confirmed their booking for that departure date (the booking must include a minimum paid deposit to be considered “confirmed”). This guarantee is still subject to Force Majeure.

FORCE MAJEURE

HaGiangOiTour is not liable to customers for changes or cancellations due to objective and subjective reasons such as: earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, storms, wars, strikes, protests, terrorism, political unrest, etc. Solutions or compensation (if any) will depend on the relevant service provider.

TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

● Valid passport: Customers must have a valid passport to enter, depart from, and travel through each destination in the tour itinerary (passport must be valid for at least 6 months from the return date).

● Documents: Please note that “To expedite the issuance of travel documents, all documents related to the tour such as payment slips, tour itinerary, invoices will be sent via email or will be available on the website www.hagiangoitour.com” once the company has received full payment.

● Trip Details: Customers are responsible for accessing the website at least 72 hours before the departure date to ensure they have the most up-to-date trip details, as minor changes may have occurred since the tour information was initially provided by the company.

TOUR PRICES

● All tour prices are quoted in Vietnamese Dong (VND). Payments in other foreign currencies will be converted to Vietnamese Dong (VND) at the current exchange rate.

● Prices include the items listed in the “Included” section.

● We offer a 25% discount for children and a 90% discount for infants.

● The information and prices on this website are not ‘live’ and are subject to change. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information and prices, but unfortunately, errors may occasionally occur. In the event of an incorrect price due to a system error, we are not bound by that price.

PAYMENT

All tours or services must be paid in advance unless otherwise specified. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB payments.
Please ensure that you have provided us with accurate credit card billing information. If you do not provide the correct credit or debit card billing address and/or cardholder information, ticket issuance may be delayed and the total cost may increase. We reserve the right to cancel tickets after issuance if payment is denied or if you have provided incorrect credit card information. Additionally, we reserve the right to conduct random checks (including voter lists) to minimize credit card fraud.
HaGiangOiTour will not collect your credit card details. The information you provide will be kept absolutely secure within the technical system according to the global technology security standards (SSL) of MasterCard and BIDV when you make a payment using a credit card.

PAYMENT RECEIPT

After payment, HaGiangOiTour will send a confirmation/payment receipt via email or fax: this receipt must be printed as proof of purchase and will be presented to the Service Provider.
All traveler information must be provided accurately at the time of registration.
Any requests for modifications/additions must be sent via email to HaGiangOiTour.

HaGiangOiTour is not responsible for any problems that may arise if you do not receive or carefully read your confirmation/payment receipt. In case you have not received your payment voucher, you must notify HaGiangOiTour at least 72 hours before the scheduled service date.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND PROCEDURE

Cancellation of all services by tour participants must be submitted and received in writing: email or fax. HaGiangOiTour does not accept cancellation requests by phone.
HaGiangOiTour is not responsible for any cancellation requests that have not been received and confirmed with you. In this case, a cancellation or tour abandonment fee will apply.

COMPLAINTS AND COMPENSATION CLAIMS

If a customer has a complaint to HaGiangOiTour, the customer must first inform the tour leader as soon as possible to resolve the complaint. If dissatisfied, customers can contact VTV’s sales representative during the tour so that HaGiangOiTour has the opportunity to resolve the issue. If still unsatisfied through those channels during the trip, customers must send all complaints directly to c.s@HaGiangOiTour.com within 30 days of the end of the trip. The company will not be responsible for any complaints received after this deadline.

PROMOTION

Tours/packages/products purchased using promotional codes are non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Furthermore, all discounts and reward points posted on this website are only applicable to www.hagiangoitour.com and may vary across other websites linked to www.hagiangoitour.com.

CORRESPONDENCE

By completing a registration, you agree to receive emails that we may send to you, providing you with destination information and specific information related to your registration and destinations, and we may send emails inviting you to fill out a customer review form.
